These days I have to reboot things all the time:  the computer, digital cable box, answering machine, and so forth, ad infinitum.  So, why not mummies?  It's always fun to bring the mummies into current culture, but I've discovered the hard way that some things just don't work.  I did a cartoon about a mummy at a suburban backyard barbeque.  It seemed like a good idea, and the mummy said, "Oh, nothing for me; I couldn't eat a thing".  I still think it's funny, but the mummies work best when they're kept in their own environment.  If most of you disagree, I'd be willing to reconsider, because I have a ton of captions that bring the mummies into the modern world.  Maybe I'll get to use them , yet.  Today there are 884 cartoons on this website for you to see.  E-mail me at:  pjones41@kc.rr.com.
