This is the first mummy cartoon that I ever drew. In 2000, I had a terrible nightmare, so frightening that I was yelling when I woke. In the nightmare, I was riding the bus to work. The other passengers turned into mummies, and then they crowded around me. Later in the day, I got the idea for this cartoon. Three weeks later, I had written over a thousand caption ideas for mummy cartoons.
