NEWS: Well, here's the latest on the "getting published" front, GAAKsters. First Second Books turned us down. So we're down to our last time outstanding submissions (Penny Farthing Press and Metro Media UK) between us and self publishing GAAK ourselves. I don't get why publishers are passing on GAAK, frankly. But then again every publisher out there passed on Harry Potter too. And to quote aneditor from Bloomsbury childrens Books (who took a chance and did publish Harry Potter), "It's kind of like turning down the Beatles, isn't it?". Well, GAAK isn't exactly the Beatles.
